WELCOME TO THE CITY AND BOROUGH OF JUNEAU PERMIT PORTAL

Please log in or register to begin, then check your email for a verification link. 

Monthly and Annual permits are available for Maring Parking Garage, Downtown Transit Center, and the Whittier Parking lot. 
  • Permits are not valid until the approval process is complete and payment has been received and processed. 
  • All permits are virtual and are linked to your vehicle's license plate number. Physical permits will not be provided, and purchasers are not required to display eveidence of permit purchase within their vehicles. 
  • When entering your plate number, please use upper case letters and do not include any spaces between the letters/numbers. 
  • You can add up to three (3) vehicles to your account, but only one (1) vehicle can utilize the permit at a time. 
  • All account holders are responsible for updating their permit information including vehicle/license plate, address, etc. 
  • If applying for a tax-expemt permit, proof of tax exemption must be attached before you can apply for  a permit. Tax exemptions only apply to 501(c)3, government, and religious entities.

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK: The City and Borough of Juneau is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, breakage, or collision. The CBJ reserves the right to restrict the use of permits. 

AUTHORIZATION AT RISK: Purchase of parking permits does not guarantee availability in the permitted location. Parking spaces are first-come first-served, and spaces may not be reserved. Permits are only valid in the location of the permit. Permits are not valid for on-street parking. 

NO LONG-TERM STORAGE OR CAMPING.
